Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is perfectly situated by the beautiful Derwent water, offering stunning lake views and a cozy atmosphere. The rooms are elegantly decorated with a very comfortable large bed, providing a peaceful retreat. The service is top-notch, with excellent housekeeping ensuring a pristine environment. The dining experience is delightful with mouth-watering Hungarian beef stew and generous portions. Although the facilities are well-maintained, the pricing can be a bit steep for some.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is just stunning, right on the edge of Derwent water in the beautiful Lake District. The rooms were spacious and clean, and I couldn't get enough of the breathtaking views down to Skiddaw. The service was top-notch, with excellent housekeeping making sure everything was perfect. The dining experience was fantastic with stunning views of the lake, even though the portions were a bit too big for me. The facilities, especially the huge bathroom right by the bedroom, were modern and luxurious, adding to the overall comfort of my stay.
The hotel is situated right by the stunning shores of Derwentwater in the beautiful Lake District, offering well-decorated rooms with a huge bathroom and a very comfortable large bed. The location is unbeatable, just on the SE shore of Derwent Water, and the dining experience provides yummy dishes with stunning views. However, the service could be more attentive, and the facilities need some improvement.
